Cardi B has been red hot since August. Then, she released her “WAP” single featuring Megan Thee Stallion, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hor 100 chart. Currently, that is 5x platinum in the United States. Cardi then put out her “Up” single a month ago, which debuted at No. 2.
Up has been another huge record for Cardi as now, it is eligible to be certified platinum in the US, according to Chart Data. This is after selling 1 million units. The music video on YouTube is also at over 83 million views.
Currently, Up is at No. 6 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Up initially became Cardi’s second consecutive top two single since last year. Now, the wait is on for when she will finally deliver her sophomore album. An official title has not been set yet, either.
