Carlos King claims Kandi and Kenya aren’t really friends
Carlos King was a producer on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” until 2017. The Kandi / Phaedra fallout led to King’s departure from the show. A few years ago, Carlos King found his footing with the “Love and Marriage” franchise. In fact, despite his show being on the OWN network, King has a crossover going between “Love and Marriage Huntsville” and “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.” “Huntsville” star, Martell Holt, and RHOA star, Sheree Whitfield, have appeared on both shows. Meanwhile, Carlos continues discussing Kandi Burruss. Recently, he spoke on the Kandi / Kenya friendship.
Carlos King has a longstanding feud with Kandi Burruss. In addition, her husband, Todd Tucker, also has issues with him. Much of this started with the claims Phaedra Parks made about Kandi and her actions towards Porsha Williams. After that, Carlos King left “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.” Furthermore, Kandi and Todd got mad at Carlos for him trying to sell an Xscape biopic without permission from Kandi and the members of the group.
Carlos King launched the “Love and Marriage” franchise on OWN, after leaving “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.” Now the franchise has shows in Huntsville, Washington DC, and Detroit. In addition, Martell Holt is making appearances on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.” Still, he offers a lot of commentary on the “Housewives.” During a recent interview about this, Carlos King said that Kandi Burruss and Kenya Moore are not friends like how they portray on the show.
