Carmelo Anthony talks new book, joining Lakers, LeBron, his career, moods, and more on Million Dollaz Worth of GameDuring the summer, Carmelo Anthony joined the Los Angeles Lakers. Joining forces with LeBron James, Anthony Davis, and Russell Westbrook, the Lakers are the newest NBA super team. Now, there are people questioning whether or not this team is too old to compete.

Carmelo Anthony put the Denver Nuggets back on the map, leading them to the Conference Finals, in 2009. The Nuggets were two wins from the NBA Finals, but lost to Kobe Bryant’s Lakers. In 2011, he was traded to the New York Knicks, then the Thunder in 2018.

After a journeyman period, where he played for the Thunder and Houston Rockets, Carmelo Anthony found himself out of the NBA. The Portland Trail Blazers took a chance on him and he revived his career, leading to LeBron James recruiting him to the Lakers. Now, Anthony appears on “Million Dollaz Worth of Game,” with Gillie Da King and Wallo, where he discussed his new book, the Lakers, his career, and much more.
