Since 2012, Chance The Rapper has made his presence felt. Then, he began flooding the mixtape market, as Chicago’s younger generation began taking over the game. However, Chance The Rapper went a different route than the other Chicago rappers.
Instead of making drill music, Chance The Rapper put himself in a position to be a true star in the game. This led to his breakout moment coming a little later than the others. But, when “No Problem” dropped, the Lil Wayne/2 Chainz-assisted record blew up.
Chance The Rapper, outside of his music, has co-signs from Jay Z, Nas, and other veterans. During the election season, Chance The Rapper even walked people through Chicago to the polling places.
