Chance The Rapper talks “Acid Rap” and Chicago influence on “106 & Park” [VIDEO]

Diversity is major on the Chicago hip hop scene. On one side, there is Chief Keef who is one of the most-discussed rappers in recent years. Then, on the other side, there is now Chance The Rapper who is making his impression on the rap game and his big move came with Acid Rap.

This summer, Chance The Rapper released his mixtape and it did very well. But, an even bigger break came when Chance The Rapper was recruited by Lil Wayne to appear on Dedication 5. More people have begun paying attention to Chance The Rapper in the time since he dropped the mixtape and worked with Wayne.

Chance The Rapper recently did his New York City media circuit and he visited BET to interview with Bow Wow. Live and in front of the “106 & Park” audience, Chance the Rapper talked about his Acid Rap mixtape. He also talked about the influence of Chicago, which is impacting the whole game.
