Chance The Rapper teases fans with new music
Chicago’s very own Chance The Rapper is gearing up for an epic release. The Grammy award winning rapper teases fans with more new music, hinting that the album is complete. Chance took to Instagram this week, to post another video with a fast paced sound. Just four days ago he posted a similar video but switched up the song with a slower more heartfelt delivery. All of the unexpected drops could be promotion for his unofficial album Star Line.
Chance The Rapper is exceptional for many reasons, but one of the biggest is paving the lane for indie artist in mainstream. Ever since the release of his third mixtape Coloring Book, he’s risen to worldwide stardom. Showing off his producing and song writing skills, Chance played a major role in Kanye West’s 2016 Life of Pablo album. He’s also collaborated with Lil Wayne, Lil Uzi, Tyler The Creator, and many others.
Despite Chance’s incredible mixtape run, in recent years his unique sound has changed. In 2022 he released the singles “Child of God” and “Together”. Back in May he released another single with a video included titled “Buried Alive”, further adding to the Star Line speculation. Although Chance hasn’t confirmed if the single is for the anticipated album, throughout the video snippet the words “star line” appear.
