All year long, Joe Budden has seen himself thrust back into the conversation. Courtesy of “Everyday Struggle,” Joe Budden officially introduced himself to a new audience. About two years before the show, he launched his podcast.
Charlamagne Tha God is actually the host of one of the longest-running podcasts. His “The Brilliant Idiots” was before Combat Jack and Taxstone, if memory serves correctly. However, “Drink Champs” is the most-notable podcast.
On the heels of Joe Budden leaving “Everyday Struggle,” Charlamagne shared a behind the scenes pic of him and Joe Budden. Speculation of a new show led to the “This Year Was Dope Trash” announcement. In their hour and a half long show, Charlamagne Tha God and Joe Budden dissected 2017 in hip hop.
