Chlöe announces new “Pray It Away” single
On Tuesday, Chlöe announced that her long-awaited solo debut album is coming in March. This project will be titled “In Pieces.” However, an exact March release date wasn’t specified. Chlöe also went on to say that previously released singles such as “Have Mercy” and “Treat Me” won’t appear on It’s Pieces.
Therefore, Chlöe has just announced that a new single is arriving on January 27. This is titled “Pray It Away,” as the cover art was also unveiled, on social media. Chlöe is seen praying in a church, with a myriad of candles lit. Pray It Away serves as the first lead single for It’s Pieces.
Chlöe initially began releasing solo music in 2021, starting with Have Mercy. That led to plenty of success, as it peaked at number 28 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, and is platinum in the US. 2022 also saw Chlöe put out singles such as Treat Me, “Surprise” and “For The Night,” with Latto. She initially soared to stardom, by being part of the group Chlöe x Halle, with her sister Halle. Halle is also trending, for her upcoming role in the new “The Little Mermaid” film, which will be released on May 26.
