Chloe Bailey calls out DJ Envy for not listening to album
Last month, Chloe Bailey delivered her highly anticipated debut studio album, “In Pieces.” It only saw a 119 debut on the Billboard 200 chart, but definitely had some solid lead singles. Among them were “Pray It Away” and “How Does It Feel,” featuring Chris Brown. Chloe also collaborated with Future and Missy Elliott on the album.
Meanwhile, Chloe appeared in a new Breakfast Club interview, on Friday. There was a bit of an awkward exchange between her and DJ Envy, as Envy didn’t know the songs off of In Pieces. That situation came as a result of Chloe asking Envy what his favorite song was.
Therefore, Envy said he’s just playing club records, such as “Have Mercy,” which was released in 2021. However, Chloe clarified that that single wasn’t on In Pieces, to prove that Envy didn’t listen to the album, after initially claiming that he streamed it.
Chloe also ventured on her “In Pieces” Tour, in April. That kicked off on April 11, as the next show is on April 23, in her hometown of Atlanta. The tour conclude on May 3, in Los Angeles.
