Chris Brown drops video for Summer Too Hot
The R&B King is back with another colorful visual before the summer ends. Earlier this week Chris Brown let fans know via Instagram a new video would be coming soon. That teaser was for the single “Summer Too Hot,” which premiered on YouTube yesterday. The dance record is a leading single for his eleventh album accurately titled 11:11, Chris announced his new project earlier this month.
Directed by Christian Breslauer, the video is lively and fun, as Chris Brown shuts down the streets on a hot summer day. Christian Breslauer also directed visuals like “Kill Bill” for SZA, “Die For You” for The Weeknd and “Streets” by Doja Cat. Aside from dropping a teaser for the film, Chris Brown released a behind the scenes clip for the project. Interviewing different dancers, as well as speaking on the feeling of the video, helped build anticipation for the release.
Chris Brown continues to dominate 2023, with an impressive feature list including songs with Yung Bleu, Chloe and Ciara. Despite an impressive feature run, fans are excited for his new solo single and anxious for the new album. 11:11 is set to release November of this year.
