Tonight, the Houston Rockets had one major test, and they ended up failing it. The Rockets have started this season off strongly and looked like the best team in the NBA. Until last week, they were holding the best record in the NBA.
But, the Golden State Warriors have had a three year lock on the NBA, in regards to the top record. Even if they get off to a slow start, it isn’t a surprise that the Warriors battled back. If the Rockets managed a win tonight, they would’ve sent a big message to the NBA.
Even though Houston didn’t send their message, Chris Paul did his part. At the very least, he proved he was the best number “3” on the court, because he cooked David West. As David West transitioned onto him, Chris Paul crossed him up so fast, that his ankles were gone, and soon he stumbled off the court.
