Chris “Tricky” Stewart steps down as A&R for Epic Records

A longtime producer and songwriter, Chris “Tricky” Stewart found a suitable label home and business arrangement with Epic Records. In addition to producing music, Stewart is also a record executive for Epic Records and he has his own label that operates as a subsidiary of Epic, RedZone Entertainment. Stewart works as an A&R for Epic Records.

Helping to bring many of Epic Records’ bigger names to the label, in recent years, it looks like things will soon change. Apparently, Chris “Tricky” Stewart wants something different out of his career. He is taking a backseat from working as an A&R, as Stewart has left the company in that capacity.

No longer an Epic Records A&R, Chris “Tricky” Stewart remains working with the label as a producer and songwriter. In addition to working as an A&R, Stewart will continue operating his label, RedZone Entertainment, under Epic Records. He will continue to have artists under his label for Epic Records.
