In almost three years, Chrissy Lampkin has become one of the leading faces of VH1, helping to usher in a new era on the network. Years before, VH1 was home to several dating shows, but they came back with “Basketball Wives” and “Love & Hip Hop,” debuting in 2010 and 2011, respectively. Both shows have done well.
On “Love & Hip Hop,” Chrissy Lampkin gained notoriety as the girlfriend of rapper/businessman, Jim Jones. The two starred in the first two seasons of the show before getting their own show. But, Chrissy stayed long enough to build a reputation as a scrapper.
Recently, Chrissy Lampkin put a girl in the hospital following an altercation at a nightclub in Edgewater, New Jersey. The situation occurred around 2:30 am this past Saturday morning. Because of the level of beating she put on the lady, Chrissy Lampkin ended up getting charged with disorderly conduct and aggravated assault upon arrest.
