Last night, the Houston Rockets were cruising to a blowout win, over the Memphis Grizzlies. In the mid-2000s, there was a small rivalry brewing between the Rockets and Grizzlies. Both team’s playoff futilities ended this rivalry.

However, last night, there was an intense moment, but it was more of a freak accident. In the third quarter, the Rockets were cruising, with a healthy 21-point lead. Their star center, Christian Wood, was gliding to an easy layup.

As Christian Wood was preparing to go up, he rolled his ankle, in a very gruesome manner. His ankle was messed up, pretty badly, leading to him being wheelchaired out of the game, not before he tried to shoot his free-throws, but his Rockets’ teammates convinced him to go to the locker room.
