Christina Milian cast to replace the late Naya Rivera in “Step Up” TV series, which will air on Starz

The popular film franchise, Step Up, was expanded into weekly television, a few years ago. A deal was reached, with STARZ, for the “Step Up” television series. An all-star cast rounded out the show’s cast members.

Among the stars in the cast were Ne-Yo and Naya Rivera, of “Glee” fame. Unfortunately, Naya Rivera tragically died, during the summer of 2020. Just a month later, filming for the “Step Up” series began.

Yesterday, Christina Milian was announced to be replacing Naya Rivera, in her role, on the “Step Up” series. A photo was shared of Christina Milian with Ne-Yo. Reports say that Christina Milian is excited to be a part of this upcoming series.
