In Resort To Love, Christina Milian has the starring role, and the internet ran with the rumor of the movie being about a woman falling for her friend’s husband. Since Christina Milian has a starring role, in the film, a lot of people said her character is the one who is falling for the husband. But, Milian came forward to clear up all of the rumors.
Christina Milian has just stepped into HHV’s Instagram feed, and cleared the air, defending Alicia Keys. She says the movie is not about a woman falling for friend’s husband. Milian plays the role of a pop star, named Erica, who is the entertainment at the wedding of her ex-fiance’s.
Milian’s character is reluctant about taking the gig at this Mauritius island resort, due to being in the middle of a meltdown, surrounding her music career. Resort To Love will be available, on Netflix, on July 29. Fans have since expressed their excitement about the release in Milian’s Instagram comments, where she posted the trailer for the film.
