In 2012, Ciara returned to the game in strong fashion, teaming up with fellow Atlanta star, Future. They came together in high fashion and dropped a memorable single in “Body Party,” a song still getting solid radio play. But, it was nothing compared to Future’s Rihanna collab.
With Future and Ciara dating and having a child, there were rumors that her beef with Rihanna stemmed from Future. In the year and a half since then, Ciara left Future, made a song about it in “I Bet,” and moved on with Russell Wilson. Meanwhile, Future has not directly discussed it.
Ciara, despite the success of “I Bet,” has dealt with very low sales of Jackie and she is on tour. As she is promoting the second leg of the tour, Ciara is planning a documentary called Kiss and Tell: My Diary, where she airs some things out. It is rumored that she will open up on what happened with Future and how her beef with Rihanna started.
