The last time Ciara had music out, she was madly in love with Future and they had “Body Party” in rotation. After finding love, Future and Ciara were soon expecting a child. Engaged, soon Ciara and Future were broken up and she moved on.
Ciara is now channeling it all into her music, with “I Bet” being the lead single off her new album. Obviously, the song was about Future and their breakup. Her channeling her emotion into something like this played out very well for the Decatur singer.
This morning, Ciara visited Power 105.1, talking to Angela Yee and DJ Envy, with Charlamagne Tha God being absent. In the interview, Ciara talked about the success of “I Bet” and her new album. She also touched on the Future situation, motherhood, and now being a single mother.
