City Girls’ JT Claps Back on Twitter After Someone Reminded Her That She Used To Be a Scammer

JT, 1/2 of the City Girls, has had a lot of time on Twitter lately to respond to fans and discuss various topics. One topic on Monday was the importance of not trying to get with men who have a lot of money if they don’t have a lot themselves. She also called out the women who are so materialistic but don’t have much.

JT also posted an audio tweet explaining what she was really trying to say. She emphasized how women need to get their own money because many of these men are temporary. The Miami native also said that she wouldn’t live beyond her means financially and has her own income. There, someone reminded her how she was arrested for a year due to credit card fraud where she made $1 million in scamming.

JT took offense to this as she said how she isn’t a scammer now and is only a rapper. Here, she also circled back to when she pointed out that she didn’t go beyond her means of living.

“When I was scamming I didn’t go get sh*t I knew I couldn’t afford or maintain THATS WHAT IM SAYING, next? And who tf a scammer? B*tch I RAP!”

JT ended up officially being a free woman as of March 2020. In October 2019, she was transferred to a halfway house. She and Yung Miami have since released their sophomore album, ‘City On Lock,’ last summer. This featured hits such as “Jobs” and “P*ssy Talk” feat. Doja Cat.
