Soulja Boy has been red-hot on social media lately due to the success of his new “She Make It Clap” single. This has been widely popular on TikTok as a new dance has surfaced for it that many women created. Now, more legal woes are back on the horizon for Big Draco.
According to HotNewHipHop.com, a civil lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court today by a woman listed as Jane Doe. This woman claims to be an ex-girlfriend of Soulja’s as she revealed that she suffered physical and sexual abuse by him.
Things got so bad for this woman that she reportedly suffered a miscarriage due to the abuse from Soulja. Sex during their relationship was also said to be nonconsensual. She also has “permanent damage” to her reproductive organs. Another incident was detailed of how she tried to visit her family but Soulja attacked her and it got to the point where his security had to step in.
Additional information regarding sexual abuse was also explained as this woman was reportedly beaten if she didn’t participate in these activities with Soulja. She would also be threatened with violence if mentioning Soulja cheating and even ended up having a gun pointed at her. Things took a turn for the worst when her and her son were kicked out of his home.
“Our client is fortunate she was able to escape Way’s reign of terror and domestic abuse,” said lawyer Neama Rahmani, president of West Coast Trial Lawyers.. “Still, she struggles to rebuild her life as she deals with the stress, fear and humiliation she continues to suffer from the years she remained Way’s emotional and mental captive. She worries about her daughter’s security and safety and about her ability to re-establish her career. How many women’s lives will Way ravage before he is held accountable? We plan for it to end here.”
Soulja is also said to have abused his ex-girlfriend, Nia Riley, as both starred in “Love and Hip-Hop: Hollywood.” This was revealed to reporter, Tasha K. Nia said that Soulja knew that she was pregnant and harmed her stomach while she was 15 weeks, causing her to lose her baby.
