Recently, Coach K and P, of Quality Control, stopped by “The Breakfast Club.” Their label is arguably the hottest in hip hop and it follows years of hard work from the two. Before the label, Coach K helped a few notable Atlanta rappers rise to the top.
Coach K initially was Gucci Mane’s manager, helping him get established, back in 2005. Later, he moved on to manage Jeezy, who was Gucci’s biggest rival. Once that ended, he and Rocko built a relationship, but then Coach K and P joined forces.
Last week, Coach K and P visited “The Breakfast Club,” where they talked with DJ Envy, Angela Yee, and Charlamagne Tha God. The two were there to discuss the Control The Streets, Volume 2 project. In the interview, they discussed how the QC label built, the project, and their histories in the game.
