A ruling by Stephen B. Burbank, an arbitrator for the NFL Players Association recently ruled that Colin Kaepernick, a free agent quarterback had enough evident information to pursue his case regarding the league and it’s owners colluding to keep him off the field.

The dark was brought to the light today by Kaepernick’s lawyer, Mark Garagos when he posted a statement concerning the complaint on his Twitter. It was a legal letter by the arbitrator that was straight to the point in denying the NFLS motion to dismiss the complaint.

A hearing could happen by the end of the year or a settlement is always probable. Kaepernick is seeking that judiciary bag as he reportedly wants the damages equal to what he would have earned if he was still playing in the league.

Unless you’ve been hiding under a rock, you well know that Kaepernik was the first player to kneel during the anthem to raise awareness of police brutality and other forms of social injustices. Several other players also participated in the silent protest as well, kneeling by Kaepernicks side. Since then he has stirred up quite the controversy and rocked the whole boats of fans, coaches and even Trump, who said “The owners should fire any player who does not stand for the anthem.”  Not today Satan.

So far, the NFL has declined to comment. Either way the NFL is gon’ learn and catch this case today!
