Currently, Common is going on a promotional run for his Nobody Smiling album, which dropped today. This album marks Common’s first album in close to three years and a lot of people want to talk to him. Many of these people have plenty of questions about Common this time around.
Common is a veteran on Chicago’s hip hop scene and he was the first rapper to put the city on the map. Working with every generation, Common worked closely with such names as Kanye West and now he’s working with the drill movement. This was found to be very interesting by most hip hop fans.
This morning, Power 105.1 and Revolt TV welcomed Common to “The Breakfast Club” to talk with Charlamagne Tha God, Angela Yee, and DJ Envy. He talked about the hip hop scene in Chicago, his relationships with Kanye West and Drake, and much more. Of course, the new album and his acting career also came up.
