Seemingly out of nowhere, UFC fighter Conor McGregor has just announced that he is retiring from Mixed Martial Arts.
This comes as a bit of a shock to many as MeGregor was just on Jimmy Kimmel recently expressing some interest in fighting in July. He was just online mentioning a fight with Anthony Pettis, who’s coming off a KO win.
It seems as if McGregor is leaving the UFC with a a bit of a cloud over his head. Many fans online are reacting with many hilarious pictures and videos. It’s speculation that says that McGregor is just running away from legitimate contenders and rematches like Khabib, Nate Diaz, and Cowboy.Whether there is any validity to that, McGregor is leaving MMA with a pretty astounding legacy.
