One of the biggest rappers of 2011 has been Consequence, but not because of his music. In 2010, Consequence left his longtime label home, G.O.O.D. Music, as Pusha T was added to the label. Pusha T immediately recorded a song with Kanye West, upon being signed. Consequence took offense to the song, accusing Pusha T of stealing his lyrics.
Going back and forth with Pusha T, soon Consequence began dissing Kanye West and later Q-Tip. For most of 2011, Consequence expressed his issues with Q-Tip. Both rappers discussed their feud, as they are cousins and Q-Tip featured Consequence on a song with A Tribe Called Quest. Moving past the music, Consequence continued his feud with Q-Tip.
However, recently, Consequence and Kanye West ended their feud. Despite his issues with Cons, Pusha T often said he hoped the feud between Consequence and Kanye West would end. Months after he made this statement, Consequence and Kanye West buried the hatchet. Moving forward, Consequence also ended his feud with Q-Tip, easing family tensions days before Christmas.
