Even if a police officer is off duty, their job is to protect and serve. However, many officers have been exposed for not always following those rules. One officer in the Boston area ended up losing it on one of his neighbors. The entire situation was shocking. First, it was because the man is a cop. Second, his neighbor is an older man. Third, it was over a paddleboard, which the older man hit by accident.

While neighbors should be the best of friends, it hardly ever works that way. People are protective of their possessions and a home is a person’s biggest possession. Unfortunately, a neighbor is the biggest threat to that possession. Most neighbors always have a little back-and-forth over their property line and where their items are at, in relationship to said property lines.

One 36-year-old Boston-area police officer had a paddleboard close to his property line. As a result, his 72-year-old neighbor hit the board with his car, by accident. In turn, the off duty police officer beat his neighbor on purpose. The whole ordeal was tough to watch. The officer jumped on the old man, beating him on the ground, and leaving him bloody. All of this was over an accident.
