A woman was busted for shoplifting and a police officer had her face up on the ground, with his knee on her stomach, as he arrested her.

Recently, a woman shopping in Walmart ended up taking some items. She was caught shoplifting from the store. As a result, the police were called, and the situation quickly turned ugly. While the woman should have definitely been arrested, excessive force was used. When the video began, the woman was already on the ground.
