Post-Slaughterhouse, Joe Budden has had the most media exposure. Immediately, Joe Budden jumped back into his solo career. Delivering his A Loose Quarter mixtape, Joe Budden soon became the face of VH1’s “Love & Hip Hop.” Currently, Joe Budden’s headlines center around his fight with Consequence at the reunion show taping.

Out West, Crooked I holds Slaughterhouse down and he has been preparing his own solo run. There is no better way for rappers to reconnect with their fans than at music festivals and events like SXSW. Crooked I is currently in Austin, Texas, along with the rest of the game meeting and greeting his fans.

Fly Times Daily had the opportunity to talk to Crooked I and the discussion was on MTV’s “Hottest MCs in the Game.” Two weeks ago, the list dominated hip hop headlines with rappers arguing their positions on the list. Crooked I told Fly Times Daily that MTV should change the name of their series to “Hottest Rappers in the Game.”
