CupcakKe accuses the music industry of not supporting black women
CupcakKe is one of the most outspoken artists in the music industry. Earlier this week, CupcakKe said she turned down a million dollar deal. When CupcakKe faced ridicule, she called out the people making fun of her. Afterward, CupcakKe revealed a major label offered to buy all of her masters for $150,000.
CupcakKe is different from most artists, because of her giving spirit. While CupcakKe is not the only artist to give to her fans, she is one who does things differently. There was a while when CupcakKe would go on Twitter and offer blessings to her fans. Aside from CupcakKe providing blessings in gifts, she is always giving anyone who will listen some music.
CupcakKe recently vented her frustrations about the industry. Many would agree that CupcakKe is one of the most talented artists in the game. However, CupcakKe does not have the platform that many of her counterparts have. According to CupcakKe there is a reason for that and it’s simple. On Twitter, CupcakKe said she feels the industry does not support black women. In fact, CupcakKe went a step further, saying hat the industry is anti-black, and that she said what she said.
