DaBaby apologizes to the LGBTQ community, but says people who contracted HIV/AIDS have the right to be upset, and tells companies who “like to profit off black rappers” to “keep yo money next time”

DaBaby apologizes to the LGBTQ community but doesn't take back what he saidTwo years ago, DaBaby was the most-popular rapper on the planet. The hip hop world fell for him, as he had a DMX-like rise in the game, dropping two albums in his debut year. He followed with his third album, the following year, in 2020.

Now, DaBaby is learning the true price of fame, first receiving backlash over the candy incident, with some little black boys. Fans compared this to him giving a white woman $1,000 for her shoes. While he survived the racist attacks, the homophobic ones are only getting bigger.

During Rolling Loud, DaBaby went on a homophobic rant, which was aimed at closeted men. However, he ended up receiving backlash, and accused of being homophobic. To clear things up, he took to Twitter, where he apologized if he offended the LGBT community, saying his comments were aimed at closeted men, and that he doesn’t regret what he said.
