DaBaby continues to get into tons of legal woes, over the past year. Last weekend, more footage surfaced of the 2018 incident at a North Carolina Walmart, which resulted in DaBaby ended up shooting and killing 19-year-old Jaylin Craig. DaBaby was seen as the aggressor.

However, more bad news is heading DaBaby’s way. Back in December, he and his crew attacked a man, for trying to stop them from shooting a music video on property that they rented. Now, DaBaby has officially been charged with felony battery, by the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office, according to TMZ. The victim in this incident was identified as Gary Pager.  One of DaBaby’s associates, Thankgod Awute, is also being charged for felony robbery.

Pager originally told DaBaby that he couldn’t have more than 12 people on this rental property. That rule went on to be broken. DaBaby also lied about not being at this home for a long period of time. 40 people were seen at the home, on the day of the video shoot.

DaBaby’s friend soon randomly punched Pager. DaBaby originally told the man not to attack Pager, but supposedly punched him as well. This also comes a week after DaBaby got into a fight with his artist, Wisdom, in the backstage area of a Spring Jam concert.
