DaBaby Denies Allegedly Hitting Driver in Las Vegas in Back of The Head and His Friend Threatening to Kill Him Last Year After Not Letting Them Smoke in Car

Today, TMZ originally reported that back in November of 2019, DaBaby hit a driver in the back of the head while in Las Vegas with his crew. This supposedly happened after they weren’t allowed to smoke in the Mercedes Sprinter van they were riding in. When he got out, Baby said “You ain’t the boss.” The report also stated that his friend said “You’re lucky you’re not in my city because I would have killed you cracker motherf***er.”

Now, the Charlotte rapper is denying any involvement in this incident as he is labeling it as false. He took to his Instagram Story to address this accusation. He added that people need to stay positive and that “the devil gone always try you when you doing good.” There is currently a warrant out for his arrest for misdemeanor battery.

This all comes after Baby released his third studio album ‘Blame It On Baby’ on April 17. This went on to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart and has hits such as “Find My Way,” “Rockstar” featuring Roddy Ricch, and “Nasty” feat. Megan Thee Stallion, and Ashanti, This is also his third album in total since his debut project ‘Baby On Baby‘ was released last spring.

Baby has had plenty of legal issues over the past year such as getting security to beat down a fan in Massachusetts, pushing a valet worker in Los Angeles for recording him and his daughter, him and his crew robbing a Miami club promoter who didn’t pay him all of his money for an appearance, and hitting a woman in Tampa who had her phone close to him. Baby can be a superstar but these problems need to be a thing of the past and has to stay focused.
