DaBaby hosts annual Christmas giveaway event in Charlotte
This weekend, DaBaby continued to give back to his hometown of Charlotte, for the Christmas holiday. The rapper held his annual Christmas giveaway event as items such as bikes, basketballs, and TVs were distributed.
“Give back,” said DaBaby at the event. “Give back when you’re blessed if you’re able to bless others. I always remember my mom. Even when we had less, like when we didn’t have enough, when we was barely holding on, when she was making ends meet, I always remember her going outside and us helping others. There’s not a time in my life that my mama wasn’t helping somebody else. You know what I’m saying?”
During this giveaway, DaBaby also dressed up as Santa Claus, while riding in his car, and handing out money. During that scene, he also gave out plenty of high vibes, who were excited to see him.
Meanwhile, DaBaby also has a very solid year with his music. He scored another Billboard Hot 100 hit with “Shake Sumn,” which also featured Sexyy Red on the remix. That record initially appeared on DaBaby’s “Call Da Fireman” EP. Moreover, in October, he also dropped off his 3-track “Let’s Do It” EP.
