Since 2019, DaBaby has been one of the biggest rappers in the game. This is historic, as he was the first rapper from Charlotte to gain mainstream attention. His timing was perfect, as he ended up having a memorable BET Awards performance, that year.
DaBaby was not without his controversy, though. A year before rising to fame, he killed a man in self-defense at a Charlotte Walmart. In the years since then, he’s continued sparking controversy, such as during his Rolling Loud performance, last summer.
Despite the controversy, DaBaby is still loved by the fans. The women especially love him and he loves them right back. Last night, he performed in Boston, and the party ended up getting wild. Showing how much his fans turn up for him, he asked if any of the ladies were thirsty. One woman was, so he poured water from his bottle into her mouth.
