DaBaby was arrested in Miami yesterday in connection to a robbery as local police wanted to ask him more questions about the incident. Video had surfaced of his entourage beating down and robbing a man.
According to DJ Von TV, Baby’s security robbed this man who is also a promoter. Baby was supposedly supposed to receive $30,000 for a concert that was happening that day but only got $20k of it. The promoter was robbed of $80, a credit card, and his iPhone 7. He was also splashed with apple juice.
Baby has had much success since broke out as a star in 2019 with his hit single “Suge.” He also released two albums in the same year with “Baby On Baby” and “Kirk.” He’s run into legal troubles as well such as reportedly being involved in a shooting at a North Carolina Walmart and his security beating down fans. Last week, he was also detained by police for gun possession after doing a concert to make up for a missed show in Charlotte she after he just gave out toys to kids for the holidays.
Hopefully, the Charlotte star can finally stay out of trouble and focus on the music. He’s already proven to be a consistent star. Baby is being held on $1,500 bond. Check out footage of the robbery and DaBaby’s arrest below.
