These days, DaBaby is making more headlines for his legal troubles, rather than for his music. Last month, footage was released by Rolling Stone, of him being the aggressor in a November 2018 shooting in North Carolina, that left 19-year-old Jaylin Craig shot and killed.

The Charlotte rapper also got his crew to attack a property owner in Los Angeles, in December. That came after DaBaby had 40 people on the property, to shoot a music video with him. DaBaby even attacked DaniLeigh’s brother, at a SoCal bowling alley, a few months ago.

Last month, DaBaby also shot an intruder in the leg. This occurred at his North Carolina home. DaBaby revealed at the time, that he spared this man’s life.

According to TMZ now, DaBaby won’t face any charges for this. Self-defense was a key factor, in no charges being filed. Iredell County D.A. made this decision official, on Thursday. After the shooting went down, DaBaby called police to let them know what just occurred. He also took to Instagram to let the intruder know to never come back.

DaBaby’s last project came back in late March, with “Better Than You.” This was a joint album with NBA Youngboy.
