In September, DaBaby released his sophomore album “Kirk” which is also his second album of 2019. Kirk contained hits such as the intro, “Vibez,” and “iPhone” featuring Nicki Minaj.
Baby recently got his first No. 1 album with Kirk and now, more certifications are coming in. According to Chart Data, the intro has moved 500,000 units and is now certified gold. On this record, Baby pays homage to his father and his come-up in the industry.
So far, DaBaby is proving that he has the consistency and potential to have longevity in the industry. He’s been through some controversy this year such as with his security knocking out fans but he’s still going strong no matter the circumstances.
