This summer, one of the most-discussed labels was Chinga Chang Records, the label owned by Dan Herman. Said to boast partnerships with Sony Records and have many ties to the industry, the label was on a signing spree. In the matter of a few months, the label has signed Cassidy and the G4 Boyz.
However, this week, Sean Smith of 50/50 Entertainment told a different story about both Dan Herman and Chinga Chang Records. His story against Chinga Chang Records was pretty scathing, but it has not slowed down Dan Herman. Instead, he has continued working out deals.
Dan Herman took to his Twitter yesterday and he indirectly referenced the situation he has going on. The backlash is pretty strong, but Dan Herman said he was not worried about it, as he has a new deal. Lil’ Scrappy took to both Twitter and Instagram to reveal he is the latest artist signed to Chinga Chang Records.
