Danny also says goodbye to Toronto as he agrees to 2-year deal with the Lakers #NBAFreeAgency [VIDEO]

NBA free agency is causing a lot of commotion once again as more key players move teams. Almost immediately after the news of Kawhi Leonard choosing to join the Clippers went public, his former teammate Danny Green announced that he would be joining the Los Angeles Lakers.

Green and Leonard have been through a lot together. They were first teammates on the San Antonio Spurs. They were both traded in the mega blockbuster deal involving the Toronto Raptors trading DeMar Derozan. Around this time last year, it was a controversial move frowned upon by Raptor fans. Well, a year later with their first NBA Championship, it looks like things worked out. Now this next chapter for both Green and Leonard sees them as cross town opponents in the same stadium.
The only loser in this scenario are the Toronto Raptors and their fans. Someone should go check on them.
