One of the most-intriguing record labels in hip hop history is Death Row Records. Led by Suge Knight and Dr. Dre, the label put out nothing but platinum albums, from 1991 until 1996. This span of time saw the label generate hundreds of millions of dollars.
Many people, aside from the ones often mentioned, played a part in the success of Death Row. Darryl Harper is among those people, as he was a producer for Tupac. Towards the end of the 1991-1996 run, Tupac joined the label, dropping two classic albums.
Darryl Harper recently spoke with Art of Dialogue and divulged some major information. He not only confirmed the rumors of Faith Evans and Tupac hooking up, he claims he saw Faith on top of Tupac. Harper said that Faith asked him what his name was, after he walked in on them.
