Back, before social media got as wild as it is now, Deaf Greg was one of the personalities. This was before Arthur became whatever it is that he is, and before the series of “Baes.” Recent years have delivered #TeacherBae, #HurtBae, and #BootBae, among others.
But, Deaf Greg was one of the originals, rising to notability, when he posted a pic of him wearing headphones. Many tweets went viral, questioning how he could hear. When Deaf Greg got tired, and clapped back, he then became a social media phenom.
Deaf Greg, like all the other social media phenoms, disappeared from social media. A better word is people forgot about him, and stopped paying him attention. Now, Deaf Greg is back in a major way and those who remembered him, from 2012, are enjoying this return.
