As a result, the Chicago Bulls eventually traded him. This came in spite of Derrick Rose being the biggest star for the Bulls since Michael Jordan. Rose has been a journeyman ever since that 2016 trade.
Derrick Rose has still proven to be a quality reserve player. When the moments arise, Rose is still capable of being a big time player. A few years ago, D-Rose had a game where he scored over 50 points, which is something many star players haven’t done. It’s unclear what Derrick Rose will be doing this upcoming NBA season. What is clear is that he’s made his money.
Derrick Rose recently was spotted by a fan while he was standing on the side of the street. The fan posted the video on TikTok. Rose was on the phone and it was clear he was having a serious conversation. After the fan noticed D-Rose, he rolled the window down and was going to speak to him. However, as he realized how serious Rose was, he chose to not say anything.
