Diddy hit with two sexual assault lawsuits in a day
Over the past week, Diddy has been hit with two sexual assault lawsuits. The first was a $30 million lawsuit by his ex-girlfriend Cassie, which went on to be settled a day later. Moreover, on Thanksgiving Day, it was revealed that Diddy sexually assaulted a woman in New York, back in 1991. Furthermore, it’s also reported that he filmed this incident, and drugged the woman.
Meanwhile, a third sexual assault lawsuit against Diddy has now been filed, according to TMZ. The accuser is listed as Jane Doe in the lawsuit, as she claims that Diddy and singer-songwriter Aaron Hall took turns raping her and one of her friends, in 1990, or 1991.
Diddy and Hall reportedly met this woman and a friend at an event, as drinks were soon purchased. Therefore, the two are said to have brought the woman to Hall’s apartment, where more alcohol was consumed, and she was “coerced” into having sex with Diddy. As a result, she was allegedly pinned by Diddy, before being forced into being raped. The woman’s friend is also said to have been raped by Diddy and Hall.
However, Diddy allegedly returned to the woman’s home, a few days after the incident. He was said to have been angry, and began choking and assaulting Doe. As a result, she soon lost consciousness. Diddy was also looking for her friend, due to concern that she would tell others what had happened to both of them, in regards to being raped.
A rep for Diddy has since denies to TMZ, allegations of both of the two latest lawsuits. They claim that both are fabricated and that they’re “money grabs.”
