Diddy’s son King Combs sued for sexual assault
It’s been a rough past two weeks for Diddy and his family. First, his homes in Los Angeles and Miami went on to be raided by Homeland Security agents. This raid reportedly stemmed from Diddy being investigated for sex trafficking. Moreover, during the LA home raid, two of his sons, Justin and King, were placed in handcuffs.
Meanwhile, King Combs is in some serious legal issues of his own. According to TMZ, he is being sued by a woman for an alleged sexual assault incident, from 2022.
Therefore, This woman claims that this incident initially took place at a yacht party. Another man is listed in this lawsuit as well, which is Rodney Jones. Furthermore, the accuser is named as Grace O’Marcaigh. She is said to have worked as a steward on the yacht, as the party was held several days before new year’s eve.
King Combs reportedly quickly pursued O’Marcaigh, and even wanted her to take a shot of liquor. However, she believed that the drink may have been spiked. King even allegedly attempted to kiss and grope her, to which she had to forcefully deny.
O’Marcaigh is also presenting audio recordings of this incident. Here, she is constantly rejecting King Comb’s advances. This included being forced to perform oral sex at a studio that was on the yacht. She avoided this again, but suffered a bruise on her forearm.
As a result, Diddy is also listed in this lawsuit, for chartering the yacht. O’Marcaigh believes that Diddy brought sex workers there, as well, which included exposing himself to Yung Miami while playing her “Caresha Please” card game. Therefore, he is being sued for aiding and abetting King Combs in the sexual assault. This also comes after Diddy was hit with four sexual assault lawsuits, last fall, including from his ex-girlfriend, Cassie. However, hers was settled in a day. But, she is now cooperating with the feds for Diddy’s sex trafficking case.
