In 2015, Drake turned a corner, truly establishing himself as a real force in the game. That year, Drake went from being the popular newer rapper to really becoming a fixture. Six years later, Drake is one of rap’s most-successful rappers, ever.
Much of this legend has flown under the radar, though. In 2015, Drake was rumored to have had an affair with DJ Drama’s then-girlfriend, Summer P. Walker. Not to be confused with the current R&B star, Summer P. Walker even hinted at the affair. Some feel this led to the Meek Mill beef.
Recently, DJ Drama appeared on “Drink Champs,” with N.O.R.E., who didn’t hold back. He asked, without mentioning names, about Drake smashing his girl, which DJ Drama did confirm. But, when N.O.R.E. asked if Drama leaked the Quentin Miller reference tracks, which sparked the Meek Mill beef, DJ Drama denied this, asking if Meek was responsible for the leak, while listening to N.O.R.E. dissect that old Drake/Meek Mill beef.
