After a four year hiatus, DJ Drama returned in strong fashion last year. DJ Drama released his third studio album, Third Power, and helped T.I. launch his comeback attempt. Along the way, he also had a hand in turning Future into the star he is. This year, DJ Drama has dominated headlines for his work with 50 Cent on The Lost Tape.

Al Lindstrom recently caught up with DJ Drama and the two conducted a long conversation about a wide range of topics. During the second installment of their interview, DJ Drama spoke on the formation of the Gangsta Grillz series. DJ Drama also spoke on many other topics, addressing questions many fans have questioned.

Though he is a native of Philadelphia, DJ Drama has been adopted by Atlanta and is a key figure on the Atlanta hip hop scene.
