Whether they admit it or not, DJs admire what DJ Khaled did. A lot of what he has done with Ace Hood is has inspired the work with Chox-Mak. Homage is given where it is due and a lot has been done by DJ Khaled. Every summer, DJ Khaled drops at least two anthems and he found a strong collaborative partner with Kanye West.
Last spring, Kanye West teamed up with DJ Khaled for the “Theraflu” single that later became known as “Way too Cold” and then “Cold.” The first single off Cruel Summer, this song was used to announce his relationship with Kim Kardashian. Kanye West had a strong summer last year.
DJ Khaled was on Instagram earlier and he announced a sequel was in the works. He is getting back with Kanye West for “Theraflu Part II.” Announcing the new single, Khaled also released the artwork for the track and the above photo to confirm that he has been talking with Kanye West.
