DJ Khaled joins Apple Music with We The Best Radio joining Beats 1 and announces new Future album on Friday

Recently, DJ Khaled and Jay Z showed up at a Warriors’ game together and he said they were talking business. Seeing how Jay Z’s been all about TIDAL for the past year, it was a safe assumption they’d partner, but apparently not. There is another deal DJ Khaled has in the works.

DJ Khaled is the newest member of Apple Music, the brand Steve Jobs’ company launched to counter Jay Z’s streaming venture. Dr. Dre is the face of the brand with his Beats 1 Radio. Among the hosts are Drake, Q-Tip, and Pharrell, and now DJ Khaled.

This afternoon, DJ Khaled took over SnapChat to make his latest announcement. He is the latest member of Apple Music with his We The Best Radio being the latest show on Beats 1 Radio, beginning Friday. The show begins this Friday with Future releasing his new album exclusively there.
