DJ Khaled leaves Cash Money Records in the midst of label drama?

DJ Khaled 3There is so much drama going on at Cash Money Records, it is hard to keep track. Only a couple of years ago, the label was surging, adding the whole We The Best label, Mystikal, and Busta Rhymes. Last year, the latter two left the roster without releasing albums.

Things got bad, however, when Lil Wayne got angry with Birdman over his album delay. Now, Lil Wayne is plotting his and Young Money’s release, which will remove Drake and Nicki Minaj, too. With all of this, there is also Tyga, who has demanded off of Young Money since last fall.

In the midst of all the drama, it looks like DJ Khaled has silently removed himself and his company from the drama. The Miami-based DJ/record executive has new artwork for all of his recent music, also delayed from last year, and the Cash Money Records logo is removed. So, it looks like his label, which includes Ace Hood and Vado, has also left the label.
