The moves the Miami Heat made led to many rappers referencing the team in their lyrics. DJ Khaled was a major proponent behind this, as he grew up in Miami and built his career there. Few Miami Heat fans were as big or as vocal as DJ Khaled, even down to the end.
Some fans are disappointed, some are impartial, others are glad, but all basketball fans know LeBron James left the Heat to return to the Cleveland Cavaliers. While some may be bitter, DJ Khaled knows the heights this team rose to, so he is grateful and he showed it.
